February 2018 Results
1st. Cherry & Coconut Sponge. A clear winner, delicious. Could be this seasons winner!
2nd. st clements Meringue Pie. A lovely pie with an additional citrus twist on the traditional lemon. very nice.
3rd. Chocolate Bread & Butter Pudding. Beaten into 3rd place by 5 points only. Warm gooey chocolate with bread? Who would have thought it ?
4th. Traditional apple Crumble. Suprisingly 4th but it was up against tough competition.
5th. Baked Pear & Ginger Eve's Pudding. A very nice pudding and may have done better on another night against different puddings. There was only one sponge that was going to win in February.
All puddings gratefully received and taken with lots of delicious custard and cream.
